Living at Reflections is the best choice I made. The grounds are always well-kept and clean. The apartments are spacious ... and well-designed. The maintenance requests are fulfilled .The Ladies in the office are very professional and friendly, making me always feel welcome. The amenities are great, here. I love the feeling of privacy and peacefulness, and the tenants are respectful to each other. This is the ideal place to live, and the pond in the middle of the apartments with a trail around it is very nice I can exercise and feel safe! My mother will be here at reflections for 4 years and she loves it . I have been reading all these reviews and what makes ... me laugh is that everyone complains on how bad it is here but what everyone does not notice is that they have been living here for 3 plus years and I would think if it is so bad they would have moved out a long time ago. I have lived on the property for one year. The staff is absolutely amazing. Ms. Lorraine, Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Barbara have ... been there for any need I have. They are extremely friendly and provide a safe environment for my children. The maintenance staff keep up with all problems that arise in a timely fashion. The staff makes you feel right at home.
